Shelf Library Single Section

Based in Brooklyn, United States
Rail-mounted shelving systems were initially popularized by Scandinavian cabinet makers in the early 1930s. Soon after, many architects and designers released their own takes that would become fixtures of the mid-century modern movement. Kim Richardt’s Shelf Library System is a refined interpretation of this tradition with its own design language, an infinitely modular system that lends itself to any space.
The 'Single Section' is made up of 2 rails and 4-5 shelves (depending on height). Also available for custom configuration.
Each shelf supports up to 33 lbs depending on wall material and mounting hardware. The system ships ready to mount and is fully reconfigurable — shelves can be repositioned at any time, and the section can be extended with matching add-ons as your needs change.
Stainless steel shelves and rails are currently on view at the Assembly Line shop.
