The terms for browsing KURA, using account features, requesting invitations, and purchasing through connected brand stores.
KURA is a curated discovery platform connecting visitors with independent brands.
Products are sold by the relevant brand or store. KURA helps present products and direct checkout, but the brand remains responsible for fulfillment, shipping, returns, and product-specific support.
You agree to use KURA lawfully and not interfere with platform operation, security, or connected stores.
Account and dashboard features may be limited to invited or approved brands.
We may change, suspend, or remove access to features when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or platform changes.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, imagery, taxes, duties, shipping timelines, and checkout terms may come from each connected store.
We work to keep information accurate, but availability and pricing can change before checkout is completed.
Some products may be made to order, price on request, final sale, or subject to brand-specific conditions.
Checkout is completed through the relevant Shopify store or connected brand checkout.
The store processing checkout is responsible for payment, fulfillment, tax calculation, shipping, and order confirmation.
Order issues should be raised with the selling brand first. KURA can help route inquiries when needed.
KURA owns or licenses the website design, layout, copy, curation, and platform content unless otherwise noted.
Brand names, product images, trademarks, and product content belong to their respective owners.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KURA means you accept the updated terms.
