Some products may be final sale, made to order, custom, fragile, vintage, oversized, or otherwise excluded from standard returns.
Product-specific conditions should be checked on the product page and during checkout.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the selling brand as soon as possible with the order number, photos, and a short description.
KURA can help route the issue, but resolution is handled by the selling brand.
